Before work begins, review a written proposal describing the work, deliverables, price, responsibilities, and timing. Both parties sign the applicable agreement.
03 / Kickoff and progress
For applicable IDENTITY packages, the 50% deposit follows both signatures. After payment is verified, kickoff starts the agreed work. SWK targets weekly updates and one-business-day message acknowledgment.
04 / Review and delivery
Review milestones and provide consolidated feedback through your designated decision-maker. Final delivery follows the applicable agreement, required approvals, and payment and rights verification.
Changes to scope and pricing require written approval. Timelines and revision terms are confirmed in your agreement.
